• Inner Diameter: 2500mm, designed specifically for cryogenic tanker storage tanks, suitable for large-scale liquid gas (such as liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen) storage needs. • Nominal Thickness: 10mm, designed according to the working temperature difference of cryogenic tankers from -196℃ to normal temperature and the working pressure of 0.8MPa-1.6MPa. It ensures structural strength while avoiding material waste, and is suitable for medium storage in low-temperature environments.
• Material: S30408 stainless steel, sourced from top-tier suppliers with complete Material Test Certificates (MTC). This material contains 18% chromium and 8% nickel, with excellent low-temperature toughness. It can maintain stable mechanical properties in extremely cold environments to prevent low-temperature brittle fracture. Moreover, it has strong corrosion resistance to avoid chemical reactions between the liquid gas and the material.

The S30408 material is suitable for the cold pressing process, which can avoid the damage of high temperature to the low-temperature toughness of the material and completely retain the original ductility and weldability of the material. 12 sets of 1200-ton hydraulic presses are used for processing according to the 2:1 major-to-minor axis ratio specified in GB/T 25198 and ASME standards, ensuring uniform stress distribution of the ellipsoidal head under low-temperature pressure and meeting the long-term pressure-bearing requirements of cryogenic tankers.
