 Designed for deep, low-temperature working conditions, it relies on 16MnDR material's low-temperature performance and spherical structure, serving petrochemical, coal chemical, and other fields and providing safe solutions for deep, low-temperature medium storage.

1. Core Parameters

  • Nominal Diameter: 5900mm, suitable for small and medium-sized deep low-temperature storage, balancing capacity and space;
  • Tank Wall Thickness: 18mm, bearable pressure 1.6~2.5MPa, meeting deep low-temperature liquefied medium storage standards;
  • Main Material: 16MnDR (GB/T 3531-2014, "R" for low-temperature pressure vessels), Mn 1.3%~1.7%, C ≤0.18%, with trace Nb and V to refine grains; resistant to -40℃~normal temperature, impact absorption energy ≥34J at -40℃, excellent welding performance, anti-brittle fracture and sealing.
