4. Manufacturering Process:

The Mill Plate we Purchase from Large Steel Mills is Supplied with EN 10204 3.1 Certificates, and Covers SA-240M Stainless Steel, SA-516 Carbon Steel, Duplex, Alloy Steel and other Grades.

(1). Automatic Laser Blanking Machine is Used to Cut the Mill Plate into Precise Blanks before Forming. Laser Cutting Ensures Accurate Blank Dimensions and Clean Edges, Minimizing Material Waste and Keeping the Required Thickness Profile. The Blank is then Transferred Directly to the Forming Process, Ready for Cold or Hot Forming.

(2). We Use Hydraulic Mould Pressing Equipment with Various Tonnage Capacities to Manufacture Custom Tank Heads in Different Sizes and Thickness. Depending on the Diameter, Thickness and Material, the Tank Heads is Pressed with the Appropriate Mould and Press Force. From Light Presses for Thin, Small Diameter Tank Heads to High-Tonnage Presses for Large and Thick Tank Heads. Hydraulic Mould Pressing Provides High Dimensional Accuracy and Repeatability, Ensuring Consistent Shape Cross Every Piece.
