(2). Cutting & Blanking: The Mill Plate is Cut into Precise Blanks Using Automatic Laser Cutting Equipment, before Forming.
(3). Forming: Stainless Steel Tank Heads Can be Formed by Cold Pressing, Hot Pressing, Spinning. Selected According to Thiciness, Diameter and Materials.
(4). Heat Treatment/Pickling/Solution Treament: Normally Stainless Steel Tank Heads with Pickling, Solution Treatment, When Required.
(5). Edge Preparation: The Stainless Steel Tank Heads is Trimmed to Exact Diameter/Height/Straight Flange Value and Beveled (V/VO/VI) Ready for Welding.
(6). Surface Treatment: Pickling, Passivation, Sand Blasting, Polishing, etc. According to Customer Requirement.
