(1). Laser Blanking Machine: Mainly Used for Automatic Precision Blanking of Steel Plates for Pressure Vessel Tank Heads.
(2). Hydraulic Press: Cold-Formed Dished Heads Featuring Tight Tolerances on Diameter and Roundness, Consistent Height and Uniform Wall-Thickness.
(3). Laser Drilling Machine: for Precision Nozzle Openning on Dished Heads.
(4). CNC Hydraulic Hanging and Marking Press: We Adopt a CNC-Controlled Hydraulic Jib-Type Marking Press to Emboss Permanent Identification Stamps on Dished-Head Surfaces.
(5). Polishing Equipment: Surface Polishing Equipment for Stainless Steel Dished Heads, Dedicated Polishing Equipment for Dished Heads with Inner and Outer Surfaces Can Achieve Consistent Surface Roughness to Meet High-Vacuum Requirements for Semiconductor and Single-Crystal Furnace Chambers.
(6). Non-Destructive Testing Room: In-House NDT Laboratory Equipped for Full-Range Non-Destructive Inspections Including RT, UT, PT and MT.
All Dished Heads with Welding Gap are Inspected Strictly to Meet ASME VIII & PED Requirements, with Complete Traceable Test Reports Provided.
(7). Heat Treatment Furnace: Heat Treatment Furnace for Stress-Relief with Cold Formed & Hot Formed Carbon Steel Dished Heads. Controllable Heating & Cooling Cycles to Eliminate Forming Residual Stress, Improving Dimensional Stability for Pressure Vessel and High Vacuum Chamber Service. Heat Treatment Furnace is Also Capable of Solution Annealing for Stainless Steel Dished Heads Upon Customer Request.
(8). Spinning Machine: Spinning Machine for Rotary Forming of Large-Diameter, Thin-Wall Dished Heads. Delivers Excellent Roundness, Uniform Wall-Thickness and Smooth Surface Finish, Well-Suited for High Pressure Vessels.
(9). Drum Pressing Machine: Hydraulic Dishing Press Performs Pre-Forming for Flat Steel Plates, Creating Preliminary Dished Blanks Before Spinning Operation. It Delivers Uniform Curvature for Subsequent Spinning Process, Suitable for Large-Size Dished Heads Production.
