Every batch of purchased raw materials is assigned a unique warehouse incoming number, alongside full internal traceability records detailing which dished heads they are used to produce. This complete traceability system ensures consistent and reliable product quality.

(3). We use matched ASME SA-series carbon steel for ASME SA carbon steel requests. For 304L & 316L stainless steel orders, all raw materials feature ASME, PED and EN certifications.

(5). All workers Must Strictly Follow The Process Sheets during manufacturing and sign their names next to each procedure they are responsible for.

 Once production is finished, all process sheets are returned to the technical department for digital filing and uploaded to our internal database.
